Cork Genius is designed to work 100% of the time with standard 750ml round bottles with corks up to 46mm in length. This covers 99% of wine bottles (with corks) sold annually.

Chances are just about any regular wine bottle you purchase today will be compatible. We can't say *all* bottles because we just don't know everything that is out there. Should you have problems with a particular bottle, please make sure you're using the opener correctly, especially not holding the plastic guard. If you're doing everything right, message us a picture of the bottle and we'll look into it and let you know for sure.

Standard Delivery to US addresses is 5 to 7 days from the time you place your order.

A order tracking link with be sent via email the day your order ships.

All Cork Genius products are guaranteed for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails from a manufacturing defect, we are more than happy to replace it.

If your product is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement at our expense. After 30 days, a $9 shipping and processing fee will be applied to the replacement shipment.

Sorry, items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes and/or APO/FPO.

All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
