All Cork Genius products are guaranteed for one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails from a manufacturing defect, we are more than happy to replace it.
Our Genius Wine Opener comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase.
If your product is found to be defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase, we will send you a replacement at our expense. After 30 days, a $7 shipping and processing fee will be applied to the replacement shipment.
